It’s the perfect accessory with Orly nail lacquer to create sizzling spot-varnished nails looks. Just apply Matte Top to sections of the nail and leave other sections shiny. The result is an interesting contrast in surfaces. For example, you can create a new version of the French Manicure by applying Matte Top to the bottom half of the nail while leaving nail tip shiny.
